| Rules Applicable for Royalty Qualifiers |
|
 |
The company is offering above royalty program to encourage the salesmanship of independent distributors, basing on stipulated provision of 10% from the company sales turnover of BV in every calendar month, distributed to all the eligible rankers within the provision made rank wise. However the company reserve the right to change / modify / alter the royalty program full or part of without any prior notice. In this case the company decision is full & final. |

Any distributor who is eligible for above will get royalty bonus of respective rank for next 12 qualified months only. |
|
Every eligible distributor who is qualified for multiple ranks is entitled to get only one highest rank’s royalty bonus only. |

| General Terms Applicable |
|
| 1 |
Active status clause:
a. Every independent distributor is mandated to maintain Minimum 240 BV in every calendar month to remain active in the business and entitled for incomes.
b. Any independent distributor, who is eligible as Title four or above is mandated to maintain Minimum 480 BV in every calendar month to remain active in the business and entitled for all the incomes. |

Any independent distributor who is not active in the business for consecutive 6 months, need to activate again by purchasing 960 FPV worth products on MRP basis. |

Any independent Distributor who is not active in the business for consecutive 12 months, his distributionship will be permanently disabled, position will be eliminated and all his direct sponsored distributors will be to his next upline. |
